London, January 2026
iNovaland, founded in 2020 to deliver forest and landscape restoration that benefits people, biodiversity, and climate, enters 2026 with renewed ambition and strategic growth. Our mission is clear: to deliver scalable, high-integrity forest and landscape restoration projects that generate environmental, social, and economic value to unlock returns for investors, build community resilience, and accelerate the transition to nature-positive economies.
Building on a strong foundation of restoration projects in Brazil and Ghana, iNovaland is scaling its efforts into new landscapes and unlocking new investment opportunities. Working hand-in-hand with communities and partners, we aim to deliver restoration that strengthens biodiversity, supports livelihoods, and contributes to global climate goals.
As part of this growth, iNovaland announces a key leadership transition. Andrew Heald, formerly Chief Operating Officer, has been appointed Chairman of iNovaland Group. In his new role, Andrew will lead the Board, champion governance excellence, and serve as the principal spokesperson to stakeholders, investors, and the public.
Andrew Heald commented:
“As iNovaland continues to grow and evolve, we remain committed to strengthening our governance structures and expertise. As Chairman, I will ensure these standards guide every decision while articulating our vision for high-integrity restoration. My ambition is to support iNovaland through its next phase of growth and long-term impact.”
To reinforce operational leadership, Luis Unas joins as Senior Operations Officer, focusing on project development and delivery in Ghana and Brazil.
Looking Ahead: 2026
As iNovaland scales its portfolio, we thank our partners, staff, and supporters for their trust and collaboration as we strengthen existing projects and expand into new landscapes. Let us continue building a future where restoration drives resilience, prosperity, and climate action.
